I haven't received any fake job adverts recently so I feel a bit left out of the loop now, when it comes to spotting fake job adverts that incites you to commit money laundering.

So without further ado, let me introduce to you equitytech-partners.cc

At first glance, it is a professionally made website. The address given in the Contact Us section is real at least, and the phone number matches up to it as well. I wouldn't be surprised if an actual email address was given in the job email, rather than a gmail.com email address. They have even worked out how to prevent right clicking anywhere in the page to prevent anyone form selecting text and saving links. That can easily be disabled though, if you turn off javascript.

The website is multilingual too. Well, English (US and UK) works, so does German, Italian and Spanish. Hilariously, the French version is in English, which would surely piss the French off! Also, the German version is slightly different, alluding to the fact that the company has been around since 1995, where the other translations don't tell us that. An oversight, maybe but at the bottom of the website is a copyright notice going back all the way to 2014. Still, nothing unusual there. Most companies do this. Have a copyright notice from the year we are in at the moment, not deliberatey piss of the French. Obviously.

But the fun starts here. Look up the management team profiles and you see some familiar faces. That's right, they have the same people in charge as all the other scams I have posted about! Nathan Rivera, Brian Taylor, Terry Bennett, Alan Garner, Tim Kay and Kenny Moore. I've missed you Kenny! I feared that you were carving out some sort of existence rummaging around the bins outside Tesco's and shouting at the traffic. But I am glad to see that you are with the "company" again since the "moment of its foundation", about five minutes ago.

Surely, the names are fake and the profile mugshots are as a result of identity theft, so we shouldn't laugh really.
